Out Summer 2026 | Crime Thriller Plane Justice
After months of re-editing Plane Justice, I’m thrilled to be re-releasing it with a stunning new cover design.
I’m just as excited about the plot line, the locations, and the characters, as I was the first time around. Maybe even more so.
Back then, the novel was released to a (very) small group of readers. Today, it’s my dream that this story will find a cherished place on the bookshelves of a much wider audience.
I can’t wait to share it with you this summer. If you love fast-paced thriller mysteries, you’ll love PlaneJustice.
Drops Summer 2026 | Released on July 31, 2026
Available in digital or print from Amazon and all major online retailers.
A life stolen. A truth buried. A man driven to uncover deadly secrets.
Seventeen years ago, powerful businessman Graymond Sharkey was sentenced to life for a brutal double murder. The evidence was indisputable. The case was closed.
But Graymond knows he’s innocent.
Now, after nearly two decades behind bars, he’s free. And he wants justice.
The scene of the murders was a deserted airfield in the English countryside. There, behind the shadows of the past, lies a chilling trail of deception.
Someone is desperate to keep their deadly secrets hidden at any cost.
Graymond is determined to prove his innocence and expose the real killer.
Before the past comes to silence him forever.
The story behind Plane Justice
The original idea for Plane Justice was dreamed up in the Wetherspoons pub at London Liverpool Street Station.
Over a typical post-nights breakfast of eggs, sausages and bacon, accompanied by unconscionable amounts of vodka and orange – in a time before we all jumped on today’s wellness trends – my ER co-workers and I bounced around a bunch of ideas for a novel.
And Graymond Sharkey was born.
After that breakfast I couldn’t leave the story alone. The next day, after next to no sleep, I started work on the manuscript.
Plane Justice ended up being a lot of fun to write. Not just because of the plot line, but because of the characters at the heart of the book who brought the story to life.
Many of them were inspired by real people with whom I had the absolute honour of working at one of London’s busiest hospitals. Many of them were present at that post-nights breakfast at Wetherspoons.
I’ll always be grateful to these amazing healthcare professionals for giving me their permission to star in Plane Justice. They know who they are.
